My relationship with Mainstay began many years ago when I was working with the company who originally developed, sold, installed and supported Mainstay. I believe that Mainstay is a brilliant PMS solution for the small to medium sized hotel. It has all the tools required to run your hotel. Staff find it easy to understand and work with. Returning to work in hotels, I was pleased to use Mainstay on a day to day basis and have found that since Powersoft have taken over Mainstay we have received the friendliest and best support care. They are quick to respond to any problems or issues that we have and listen well to our concerns. There are other systems that have more whistles and bells for which you pay a price, (and targeted at larger businesses), but for our business Mainstay represents the best value investment.
